This torch is really amazing. I use it in our kitchen to carmelize sugars for creme brulee, candied brie, meringues, etc. Many of the other torches we've used are either too bulky or just are built to last.
Instant start, flame length adjustment and temperature adjustment features are fabulous. I would buy this torch again before wasting money on any other torch.
