A good idea for those tight places. April 16, 2008

Ok, overall I like this product. I'm building a project that has lots of very tight places and this makes it easier to get into some of those places where you need to put a precise hole but just can't get at it with a conventional drill.
However, keep in mind that you'll still need to fit this attachment onto a drill and that present some problems. Some drills are too big and cumbersome so if you have an air powered drill or grinding tool then you're ok. You need something thin enough - a hand drill is just too large.
The main thing I'd change on the accessory itself would be to put a hex surface on the main shaft at the point it connects to your drill. It has a smooth round surface that just doesn't give a good enough connection sometimes.
Other than this, the tools is well priced for what you get and comes with everything I've needed to get into those really tight places where my other 90 degree accessories just won't fit.
