This product made a 2 hour task a 20 minute joy. I replaced all of the door hinges on my truck in just a few minutes! In the past it has taken hours trying to squeeze the spring back in place or wiring the spring in the vise and then trying to place the spring hold it and cut the wire. (I don't have three hands).

I tried to use wire after compressing the spring but that proved difficult because after installing the spring it was hard to access the spring in tight confins to cut the wire. So as always it pays to use the right tools! This is a decent quality tool and works as advertised :-)
