The Name Says it All! PIAAs Intense White bulbs produce a more radiant white beam without any hint of blue. This bulb has been completely re-engineered from the ground up. What youll see in the 9005 and 9006 bulbs is a larger glass tube with a white top coat. The larger glass tube increases output (28% whiter color than STAR WHITE) and allows the bulb to burn at much cooler temperatures. PIAAs new Intense White Bulbs provide the best possible balance between performance and bulb life.

Purchased this set of Piaa 9006 Intense White bulbs to replace the stock Sylvanias that came with my car. Intense is quite an accurate description of the light output without being too bright, bluish/purplish, and blinding to other drivers. The light output is truly intense, beautiful, and pure white without a hint of blue. I wear glasses and think that these bulbs help with night driving by illuminating the front of the car much better than the stock bulbs. I am happy with my purchase. I just hope that they will last at least a year. Count me as a Piaa fan.

I got information that PIAA brand has the best bulbs compared to the actual HID conversion kit. Boy, was I disappointed - the package arrived nicely wrapped in a small box and I was impressed with the shipping speed. As soon as I tested it I knew I made a mistake. Good thing I ordered the real HID conversion kit and as soon as I get it I'll take this out for spare because I already threw away the box with the return paperwork etc. Do yourself a favor, if you want to get that true white headlights spare yourself the trouble and just get the real HID conversion kit. For 2x the price of these bulbs, the results are worth it.
