The Name Says it All! PIAAs Intense White bulbs produce a more radiant white beam without any hint of blue. This bulb has been completely re-engineered from the ground up. What youll see in the 9005 and 9006 bulbs is a larger glass tube with a white top coat. The larger glass tube increases output (28% whiter color than STAR WHITE) and allows the bulb to burn at much cooler temperatures. I've always used PIAA brand lights on all of my cars. My first experience with them was with my old CRX and I've always been satisfied with the color and brightness output. I recently bought this pair for my Toyota and it produces a very clear and bright white light with no blue tint at all. PIAA always makes a very quality product and I will continue to buy them instead of buying the other brands.
