As these mats are made by Honda, they fit is very good. My expectation was that the mats would go over the factory default mats and will clip on to the same hooks provided. Upon putting the mats in the car, I realized that the all season mats are a replacement for the factory mats. You can use either the factory provided one or you can use the all season mats as a replacement.
I have put these mats on top of the factory mats but can't clip on and I am fine with it.
